1. Mandal will not be liable in case of any wrong match due to any misrepresentation by proposal registered. It is everybody’s duty to check, confirm all necessary things. Mandal will not be responsible or liable for any information provided by the applicant

2. It is every body’s duty to check his profile is displayed properly or form is circulated as per condition. If any typing mistake or wrong information display by us in your profile, please notify, it is your duty to see your profile details correctly displayed on our web site – “Shreevadhuvar.com”. Please, inform us within 15 days after display the profile & detail, otherwise you will be responsible for respective matter.

3. Validity of an application shall be one year and may be renewed only a written request. But special case Mandal keeps right of extension of validity, in such case Mandal will not ask you. If you don’t want to extend such validity, please inform us in writing.

4. The applicant, his or her representative shall have right to verify the certain documents for confirmation as proof from proposed party or our registered proposal / member while match making.

5. Any information / details furnished by the applicant if found incorrect or comes to the notice of the Mandal, all action may be taken against the applicant.

6. Your application is considered as registered application only after receiving complete service charges from you.

7. If the applicant fails to inform the Mandal about any change in the particulars furnished or in the Present Status submitted us, then the applicant shall be suspended from being considered. Modification of profile will be charged separately.

8. The mandal reserves the right to alter, suspend and terminate the application or any member, in case if the Mandal finds the application against the interest of the Mandal or the interest of other applicants.

9. It is the duty of the concerned person to make sure that the eligible applicants have attained the age of majority at the time of their marriage.

10. The Mandal reserves the right to add / modify / delete / alter / suspend any or all the basic / ancillary / complimentary services at any time as it may deem fit.

11. The Mandal is under no obligation to furnish any definite numbers of proposals if there are none corresponding to the bio-data / match desire criteria in the data base, towards any applicant.

12. In case the applicant / his or her representative comes to know about any incorrect information provided by other applicant, the same should be brought to the knowledge of the Mandal immediately. It will help us to give proper service.

13. Any dispute arise will settled with Mandal only. But nobody can complaint anywhere. If you don’t agree this clause, don’t register with us. You can suggest us; we will think over it & will try to modify system & services.

14. The Mandal reserves the right to consider or reject any application. Also Mandal reserves the right to publish or not your full or partially information / profile / form. How much & when & where to be publish your information / profile / form will be decide by Mandal, will not ask to you.

15. The processing Fee and registration / Membership Charges are non refundable under any circumstances.

16. Please note that this application as with most application, is vulnerable to issue various issues and hence should be considered unsecured.
